To ensure service quality and efficient processes, our KYC policy has been updated.
Please adhere to the following:
Only officially requested documents will be accepted during the KYC verification process.
Submitting personal photos, receipts, screenshots, or any other unrequired documents will result in the application being rejected.
🚫 Repeated submission of non-compliant documents may delay processing or halt verification through the standard channel.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a secure and efficient system for everyone.
📄 KYC and Re-Verification Policy
1️⃣ Standard Verification
Users must submit only the documents required during the KYC verification process.
Any irrelevant or unrequired documents will be automatically rejected.
2️⃣ Non-Compliant Documents
If incorrect documents are submitted:
The verification request will be rejected.
A waiting period of 14 to 20 days applies.
No approvals will be issued during this period.
3️⃣ Repeated Non-Compliance
If non-compliant documents continue to be submitted after the waiting period:
Verification via the standard track may be suspended.
Verification will only be available via a dedicated track.
4️⃣ Re-Verification Service
In these cases, verification can only be completed through the Re-Verification Service, which includes:
Manual review by the Compliance Team.
Clear guidance on required documents.
A service fee of $3 USD applies.
