To ensure the completion of the verification process (kYC) and to protect your account within the I System, please make sure to upload one of the following official documents:
✅ Valid Passport
✅ UNHCR Card – valid and clearly visible
✅ National ID / Personal Identification Card (ID)
    • Front and back images are required
✅ Official Power of Attorney – certified and legally approved
✅ foreign residence card (front and back image )
📌 Important Notes:
              •            The document must be valid and not expired
              •            For ID cards, both front and back sides must be uploaded
              •            Images must be clear, readable, and show all required information
              •            Any incomplete or uncertified document may result in a delay in verification
              •            The verification request will be completed within 24 to 48 hours
