Update to the iCareNet Registration Process
As part of our ongoing updates to strengthen account security and improve the user experience, the registration process for new iCareNet accounts has been updated.
From now on, once registration is completed and the account is created, an email will be sent to the registered email address containing a secure link to set:
* Account Password
* Transaction Password
Once both passwords have been set, the user can sign in to their account normally.
Important: Please make sure you register using a valid email address that you currently have access to, as your password setup link will be sent to this email.
The setup link is valid for 7 days and can be used only once.
If the link expires, the “Forgot Password” option can be used to restore access according to the process available on the platform.
