TMBRAIN Founder Gmail Connector

Status: private, founder-only local integration. This connector is not offered to the public and does not accept public registrations.

Purpose

The connector lets the Founder’s local TMBRAIN system read the Founder-controlled Gmail mailbox to identify priority, waiting, action and decision signals. It is advisory only and cannot send, compose, modify or delete email.

Google access

The connector requests only https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly. It is authorized by the Founder for one personally controlled mailbox. Expansion to another user or mailbox is prohibited without a new governance and Google-policy review.

Data handling

OAuth material is stored in a governed encrypted local token envelope. Gmail-derived operational records remain on the Founder-controlled local TMBRAIN device. Gmail content is not sold, shared for advertising, used for unrelated profiling, used for model training or stored by a third-party content processor.

Control and deletion

The Founder may disable the connector, revoke Google access and request deletion of Gmail-derived connector records. The system is designed to fail closed and remains disabled unless separately activated.
