Terms of Use — TMBRAIN Founder Gmail Connector

The TMBRAIN Founder Gmail Connector is a private, founder-only local integration. It is not offered as a public application or service. Only the Founder-controlled mailbox may be connected.

The connector is limited to Gmail read-only access and may not send, modify or delete email. Public redistribution, use by additional users, credential sharing, broader Google scopes, third-party content storage and any use inconsistent with the published Privacy Policy are prohibited.

The Founder may disable the connector and revoke its Google access at any time. Operation is subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies and to TMBRAIN’s fail-closed governance. These terms do not authorize OAuth consent, Gmail access or production activation.
