Eligibility for End Customers:

It is essential to note that this policy only applies to products and services owned and provided by I Care Net. Unless it is clearly stated, this policy shall not apply to products or services owned by others who are using the platform for promotional purposes.

  1. Product Defects: End Customers are eligible for a refund if the product received is defective or does not function as warranted at the time of purchase. The defect must be reported and a refund request must be placed within [(48) hours] from the date of Delivery.
  2. Service Not as Described: If a purchased service does not match the description provided at the time of sale or does not meet the promised standards, End Customers may request a refund. Such requests must be made within [24 hours] of the service completion or purchase.
  3. Incorrect Product: If the wrong product is delivered, End Customers can request a refund or exchange. The request should be made immediately upon receiving the incorrect product, no later than 24 hours.



In the below-described events, an End Customer will not be entitled to place a refund request:

  • In the case where a refund request is placed merely because a client changed their mind.
  • Accidental purchases do not qualify for refunds. End Customers are encouraged to review their orders carefully before finalizing the purchase.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs by the End Customer are not eligible for refunds.
  • Products that are returned after their expiry date or after the specified time frame for returns will not be eligible for refunds.

Exclusion for Independent Representatives:

  • Independent Representatives of [I Care Net], when purchasing a subscription for the Independent Representativship. This is in line with the terms of the policy and procedures outlined in the Policy and Procedures.


General Conditions:

All refund requests must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. [I Care Net] reserves the right to inspect the product or to request additional information to verify the eligibility of the refund. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment or via an alternative refund method at [I Care Net]'s discretion.
