This activation runs within a defined time window, from Friday, January 2, 2026, to Sunday, January 11, 2026, and has been carefully designed to increase operational momentum within the system without disrupting its stability. During this period, the direct commission is activated at 21% gross (16.8% net after fees), serving as a direct expression of the TakeOff philosophy, where clear decision-making, fast execution, and action-based selling are rewarded, without creating future obligations or altering the system beyond this timeframe.
In the same context, level incentives continue at 4% for each level from Level 2 to Level 5 (3.2% net) within a deliberate framework aimed at building real depth rather than superficial expansion. Income here is tied to actual team movement, not mere enrollment, with the objective being to establish networks capable of operating and sustaining growth through an empowerment mindset rather than extraction.
As for rank bonuses, during this phase they are intentionally directed toward the earlier leadership ranks, from Member through Boss, in recognition that this zone is where real momentum is formed in any system entering a TakeOff stage. This distribution does not exclude higher ranks, but rather places them in their natural role: supporting the build, accelerating the growth of emerging leaders, and increasing collective system impact instead of concentrating value at a single point.
This balance is not the result of theoretical assumptions, but of the lived experience of iCareNet leaders themselves, who recognized that sustainability is not achieved by pulling value upward, but by strengthening the leadership base and equipping it with the tools and incentives needed to continue. When leadership awareness rises, the entire system advances at a healthy, balanced pace.
