Update on KYC (Identity Verification) Procedures for Sudanese Partners
In consideration of the current exceptional circumstances, the company management has decided to extend the acceptance of the Sudanese National Number for partners of Sudanese nationality.
A unified expiry date has been set for this acceptance: 31 March 2026.
The period from today until 31 March 2026 will be considered a grace period for Sudanese partners to regularize their status and complete the submission of one of the approved identity documents, which include:
- Valid Passport
- UNHCR Card
- National Identity Card
- Official Power of Attorney (certified and legally approved)
- Foreign Residence Card
This measure aims to ensure compliance while taking into account the current situation.
